Office Manager

Penny has been with DCEC since 2002 and now serves as office manager. She, too, came with an understanding of construction and the important elements of running a service company. Penny schedules and invoices all of our service work. Her friendly and efficient manner makes her a perfect match for helping our customers in these areas.
