Greg Dobbs

President

Greg is a native of Morgan County and the youngest son of David and Wonda Dobbs. He grew up with a construction industry background; his father served the construction industry in North Alabama for more than 40 years. Prior to purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, Greg worked for one of the area’s largest industrial electrical contractors. His professional background includes industrial electrical experience in high voltage, PLC programming, and systems design. He served his last years with the company as senior electrical estimator. Greg also has performed electrical work in a wide range of industries, including steel, automotive, aerospace, copper, appliance, food and grain processing, chemical and film, cryogenic and electronics. With such diverse experience from hands-on to management, it became a natural order of progression to go into business for himself. Greg’s knowledge of the electrical code, experience working for and with many electrical engineers, and his ability to use computer aided drafting (CAD), allowed us to offer design/build services to our customers.
